Plane lands in Houston, threat reported

HOUSTON A Southwest Airlines plane is on the ground in Houston, amid reports of a threat of some kind.

C-N-N says the plane took off from Dallas and landed shortly afterward in Houston.

There's no word on the nature of the reported threat.

we'll see whats up. he was giving me all the info during Sept. 11 too. That was scary stuff, alot of things went on in the airline community that we don;t know about and isn't fun to even listen too.

how they were in danger of being shot down and they were forcing planes down everywhere. They could hear on the radio all the commotion and confusion everywhere. Warned me they were going to shoot a commercial plane down. I think they were trying to reach the planes but couldn't do it in time (military).

6. FBI says not a terrorist threat and "termed the incident as insignificant"

Southwest Flight 21, carrying 136 passengers and five crew members, reported the discovery of the threat at 12:37 p.m., when the craft was about five miles out from Hobby, said Houston Airport Systems spokesman Roger Smith.

An FBI spokesman told CNN that the note was not a terrorist threat and termed the incident as insignificant.

Hi, have been trying to get the chance to call you all day, but too busy. A flight from DAL to HOU had a threatening note found on it today. Plane landed in HOU and was put off to the side and the people were taken off one by one by the FBI. They are working on it all right now. News had it before we knew anything! go figure.
