Biden, McCain Noncommittal on 2008 Race
WASHINGTON - Their names have been mentioned as possible presidential contenders for the 2008 race, but Sens. John McCain and Joseph Biden are remaining coy about whether they'll make a White House run.

During appearances on the Sunday talk shows, both men declined to tip their hand.

Biden, a Democrat from Delaware, said he would "continue the quest to determine whether or not I can put together a campaign and raise the money and be a viable candidate for president."

He added: "I believe I can be a viable candidate, but it's too early to make that final judgment."

1. I don't think anyone is taking Biden's candidacy seriously
except Biden. Surely the Dems couldn't be dumb enough to go with him.

4. Biden couldn't boldly claim lots of votes.
Biden - MBNA, should use some of that corporate cash and spritz himself with Chanel #5. Live the fantasy. About as close as he's going to get...:eyes:
