Canada to act against U.S. in softwood dispute
Toronto — Canada's finance minister says the country has had a "very painful experience" with the United States in the last couple of years.

Goodale says International Trade Minister Jim Peterson is considering Canada's options - which could include litigation or trade sanctions.

He says there's no set timeline but he expected a plan would be before cabinet "very shortly."

"We want to send a very clear message that Canada takes this very, very seriously," he says.

3. Watch out U.S!
Canada can stop the spigot for our water! America needs to learn how to treat her neighbours right. America screws everyone over, and they wonder why no one likes us.

5. We know how to treat our neighbors
as long as they do what we tell them, we take good care of them. As long as it suits us, anyway. We did invade Iraq even though they were doing what we told them, but they weren't really our neighbors, just our oil caretakers.

* creates new offences of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and breach of responsibility by military commanders and civilian superiors;
* creates new offences to protect the administration of justice at the ICC, including the safety of judges and witnesses; and,

7. The new US ambassador better call Paul Martin into his office ASAP
to inform him that he is not following protocol here.

In cases like these, Canada is supposed to:

1. Bend over
2. Spread butt cheeks
3. Prepare for broom stick insertion.
