1. just a little snip from CNN
A pair of U.S. soldiers died late Sunday in northern Iraq when their vehicle rolled over during a combat logistics patrol near Tal Afar, a U.S. military statement said. The accident involved troops in the Army's 1st Corps Support Command. In a separate incident, a 20th Engineer Brigade Soldier was killed Sunday in Ad Dwar when his vehicle struck a roadside bomb. Since the start of the war in Iraq, 1,865 U.S. troops have died.
