Governor Schwarzenegger has given California an electric pledge. He insists that despite the rolling blackouts on Thursday, there's no energy crisis this summer.

With rolling blackouts affecting half a million homes in Southern California Thursday, Governor Schwarzenegger on Friday assured Californians the problem was in a transmission line and the state should make it through the summer.

"We are very fortunate that our energy situation is under control. That we have, every day, more than 10% of reserves in energy," said Governor Schwarzenegger.
