Iran's Red Crescent Society ready to help Katrina victims

Iranian Red Crescent Society has voiced readiness to provide relief assistance to the victims of Hurricane Katrina in the United States.

According to the Public Relations Office of the IRCS on Monday, the Society expressed its readiness in a letter submitted to the US Red Cross Society.

In the letter, the Iranian body expressed sorrow and condolences on the disaster and voiced readiness to dispatch relief supplies for to the victims of the recent hurricane in America's New Orleans.
