Some people say that the federal government’s reducing spending on New Orleans’ levee system in past years was one of the reasons the flooding was so severe. In light of the facts of the polls you posted yourself, it might be a good idea to stick with Angus Reid's ORIGINAL title "Americans Question Bush’s Leadership Qualities," rather than making up something so questionable and so demonstrably false.

2. I posted three poll articles with three links. Maybe I should have posted
the Leadership Qualities poll first and used it as the thread title: but I found them in the order posted and added the second and third as successive edits to the first ...
