Officials said that the speaker in the tape "appears to be the same" person who called himself "Azzam the American" in a previous tape.
Authorities identified him as Adam Gadahn and said he was from the Los Angeles area. snip
It added, "Although the FBI has no information indicating this individual is connected to any specific terrorist activities, the FBI would like to locate and question this person."

The FBI believes
former Californian goat farmer Adam Gadahn named Melbourne in a video tape aired on US television because of Australia's role in the war in Iraq.
"The bottom line is whether it's this tape or any other tape. We know there's people out there who wish to strike at the United States and our allies and that includes Australia," an FBI spokesman said.
