Grand Jury Indicts Two DeLay Associates
AUSTIN Sep 13, 2005 — Two associates of U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay were indicted Tuesday on additional felony charges of violating Texas election law and criminal conspiracy to violate election law for their role in the 2002 legislative races.

The indictment was just the latest from a grand jury investigating the use of corporate money in the campaigns that gave Republicans control of the Texas House.

Jim Ellis, who heads Americans for a Republican Majority, and John Colyandro, former executive director of Texans for a Republican Majority, already faced charges of money laundering in the case. Colyandro also faces 13 counts of unlawful acceptance of a corporate political contribution.

4. Meanwhile...Delay whistles with his hands in his pocket.
Almost everyone around Delay was breakin'--is breakin'--the law, yet Delay acts as if he's ignorant of the whole crime wave around him. What does he take us for?

His ass should be in prison for at least 10 years. Hopefully the birds start singing to save their feathers. Or else let them be plucked and thrown to the foxes.

5. so, here's a question:
Is "Jim Ellis" related to "John Ellis" (GWB cousin who worked at Fox that called the 2000 election in Florida for Bush)?

And are any of them related to "John Ellis O'Neill" of Swift Boat Vet fame?

Political Friendster lists David Koch as a major contributor. Georgie's sister Dorothy is married to Robert Koch. Brother? Cousin?
