R-values, Oswego NY Mayor Arrested - Solicting Minors

There were rumors that he liked to cruise the High School back when he ran for office the first time (He is on his second term). He is accused of offering money and drugs as well as having thrid parties involved in setting up his encounters. From what the Federal Prosecutor has been hinting at, they have more than just solicitation of two 15 year old girls, they have proof of actual acts. Sufice it to say the folks in my city are outraged.

(( I have no other proof than just knowing an individual involved but it seems his wife likes the college girls as well so this may get deeper. ))

16. Latest Update

Mr. Dunsmoor is Mayor Goseks best buddy. He is now also under investigation as well as is the Water Superintendant. Investigators have been calling in a few members of the local government and business people. As to the allegations that the Mayor was using drugs to pay for sex; the FBI have been asking the Police Chief, a crony of the Mayor, why drugs are missing from the evidence lockers and can not be accounted for. The FBI agents have been swarming over our City Hall all day and at least five people have been questioned extensively by them.

This man has to be one stupid individual. He realized a month back that someone was following him and watching what he was doing so he had the Police Chief find out who it was. He still went and tried to set up sex with underage girls knowing he was being watched.

I will try to back this up later with links to our papers. I get this stuff since all the reporters hang out at a coffee/sandwich shop across from city hall and I never realized what loose lips they really have. They yap away at what they will be reporting on the evening news all day. They don't seem to mind scooping themselves.

Farrell was arrested Aug. 4 and charged with communicating indecently with 12- to 14-year-old girls using e-mail.

Lots of powerful people with nice big expensive boats up here. I will not be suprised when more arrests are made. Keep in mind the part in the articles about a woman setting up encounters for him. That means there is allready a third party and 10 to 1 that means it gets deeper.

He was arrested when going to meet them and they had a wiretap on his cell phone. The idiot was using the phone issued to him by the City for Mayoral duties. He has no arguement to privacy now. All record of calls made on that phone are City property.
