they were there to provoke Shiite unrest, by cementing terrorism. Why else would they be dressed in Arab costumes, with black wigs? To look ARAB. That's why the British government went to the incredibly offensive and outrageous extreme of blowing up an official, government jail in relatively peaceful Basra. Because it would be worse than blowing up the jail IF the info of fomenting civil unrest ever came out.
And Britain will never apologize. They never apologized for the 1900 colonialism, nor what they did in India. They'll NEVER apologize.
