You have introduced information that the "red states" are really welfare states, notice all of the states that voted "red" are the ones with the highest bankruptcy filings!!!!!!!!!

2. I don't think political ideology has much to do with this....
More like which states have the most people about to go under financially, having the wherewithal to file for bankruptcy relief before time runs out. Also, bankruptcy does not equal welfare...

70,600 people in Wyoming voted for Bush in 2004. Bush carried 69% of the vote, and the bankruptcy filings are 9.7%
