ASTANA, Kazakhstan (AP) -

The United States presses a consistent message of democracy for all, whether the audience is in Middle East or the Central Asian republics that once were part of the Soviet Union, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice declared Thursday.

2. Fair elections just like we have here?
They plan to mend the trade deficit by exporting Diebold voting machines to everybody else in the world. There's just no substitute for good old American technology!

3. Consistent message:
Turn your republics into neocolonial polyarchies or we'll force you by the power of our armed forces, to do it.

See...consistent.

in her entire adult life. I think she regards lying as an ideological duty. If She tried to tell the truth, it would swell up in her throat, lodge tight and fester, worm ridden and swollen until it died a horrible death.

8. Don't these goons realize...
that they are a joke all around the world. With the possible exception of Poland and Palau, NOBODY gives a damn what they say. Nobody is listening to America anymore.

13. supporting democracy is easy: turn off arms & money to dictators
and don't overthrow democratically elected governments regardless of which corporate plantation owner gets their panties in a knot.
