Rove Testifies Again in CIA Leak Probe
WASHINGTON -- Karl Rove testified for the fourth time Friday before the grand jury in the CIA leak probe, following public disclosure of his conversations with two reporters about the identity of a covert officer at the spy agency.

The White House has shifted from categorical denials two years ago that Rove or Vice President Dick Cheney's chief of staff, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, were involved in the leak of a covert CIA officer's identity to "no comment" today.

Rove walked into the grand jury area with Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald about 9 a.m. Friday and had yet to emerge as the morning drew to a close.

They couldn't publish enough photos of Hillary going into the GJ for the Whitewater/Rose Law records/etc.

12. In my perfect world....
A pissed-off CIA techno/gizmo dude would fly in one of those double- super-duper-background-secret electronic transmitter flies and transmit the entire testimony on a pirate radio station for the whole world to hear. I can dream, can't I?

6. Man, the White House PR team sucks...
Im a communications major at Alabama and in my intro to PR class one of the first and main things my teacher said was never say "no comment". They're not even trying now.

14. Hey, bamacrat!
Could you ask your teacher what he/she thinks of "It's too early for me to comment on that. I'll have something for you later"? I'd be interested to know if that's maybe more effective. Would your teacher consider it the same as "no comment"?

And if you find out, could you PM me? Thanks.

10. The best part is many Freepers think that Wilson and Russert
will be the ones indicted and the WH will be cleared. HILARIOUS. They also think that Judy Miller is trying to sabatoge Scooter. That's about as likely as Brit Hume doing the same thing.

16. Punxsutawney Karl...
If he sees his shadow, it might mean six years of prison (probably Club Fed, but better than nothing).

17. I bet Bush will pardon Rove and Libby
if they are charged/convicted. Someone in the press needs ask Bush if he is considering a pardon for them, in advance. You can count on a pardon, I bet they'll never do any time - - which is SAD!!!

21. Send them to the Hague!
Edited on Fri Oct-14-05 02:27 PM by AndyTiedye
Bush**ler can pardon Rove, he can pardon Scooter, he can pardon Cheney, he can probably even pardon himself.

These people are above the law.

Our law anyway.

They can still be sent to the International Criminal Court in the Hague:

where they can be tried for war crimes:

and spend the rest of their days here:
