Senior Iraqi oil official shot dead in Baghdad (not Chalabi)

BAGHDAD: A senior official from Iraq`s oil ministry and his son were shot dead Wednesday in Baghdad, an interior ministry official said.

Rahim Ali Sudani, a director-general at the oil ministry, and his son were killed in a drive-by attack on their car in the west of the capital. Their driver was wounded.
