Galloway enters (UK) Big Brother as unexpected house guest
The starlet sat down with the embattled politician. The disgraced game show host rubbed shoulders with the cross-dressing athlete. Putting an end to weeks of fevered tabloid speculation, Channel 4 finally opened the doors of the Big Brother house to reveal this year's parade of has-beens and hopefuls, casualties and wannabes. In three weeks only one will be left standing.

The big surprise of Celebrity Big Brother 4 was the appearance of George Galloway, who was ushered in to the strains of T-Rex's Children of the Revolution. The combative MP for Bethnal Green and Bow, who still faces questions from the US Senate over his alleged role in the Iraq oil for food programme, had barely figured as a potential contender.

Other arrivals were less surprising: they included the TV presenter Michael Barrymore, the flamboyant basketball star Dennis Rodman and the actor Rula Lenska. Pete Burns, former lead singer with Dead or Alive, brought a musty whiff of the 1980s, while Faria Alam appeared to be there purely on the basis of publicity surrounding her failed claim against the Football Association of unfair dismissal and sexual harassment, and a dalliance with the England manager, Sven-Goran Eriksson. This year's line-up was completed by erstwhile Baywatch starlet Traci Bingham, the "glamour model" Jodie Marsh, a boy band guitarist, Samuel Preston, and the rapper Maggot, from Goldie Lookin' Chain, who said he was only there because "there's not much else to do in January".

1. This is sooo good.
First of all, go Galloway! LOL!

RULA LENSKA! Where the hell has she been??? "I'm Rula Lenska. I'm showing some friends around London..." That was a VO-5 commercial from 4000 years ago.

If you haven't seen Pete Burns in a while, btw, here goes nothin':

4. What a fucking idiot. Woossshhhh...that's the sound of his credibility
flushed down the toilet.

Oh well, he seemed like an intelligent person when I saw him testify before the Senate. I guess I was dead wrong.

Appearing on a reality TV show is the lowest of the low. Turning tricks for crack is more admirable in my book.

Galloway is officially a joke. Damn. Another one bites the dust...

5. But he looks good in Pajamas...
What a joke he has become. I guess he's just trying to live it up before going to jail...
