Kline, Kennedy, Ramstad call for new GOP leadership
AP NewsBreak: Kline, Kennedy, Ramstad call for new GOP leadership
FREDERIC J. FROMMERAssociated PressWASHINGTON - Three of Minnesota's four House Republicans called for new GOP leadership on Friday, with Rep. John Kline leading the charge to replace embattled Tom DeLay, R-Texas.
Kline was joined later in the day by fellow Minnesota Republicans Mark Kennedy and Jim Ramstad. Rep. Gil Gutknecht was the only Minnesota House Republican not to call for new leadership Friday.
"The situation is that Tom's legal situation doesn't seem to be reaching clarity," Kline told The Associated Press. "There are stories of more indictments or questions associated with Jack Abramoff. And I think that Tom DeLay is going to have to concentrate on that."
Later Friday, Kennedy, R-Minn., said that House Republicans need to elect permanent leadership when they return to session in a few weeks.

1. You can feel it in the Air here in Minnesota..
No Republicans are going to win here in 2006. This is all too little, too too too late.

This includes our wonderful Governor Tim "photo-op" Pawlenty. http://www.wendywilde.com/

Enjoy this fun Poll on Tim Pawlenty's accomplishments and you'll see what I mean.

I will eat a shoe if Mark Kennedy wins in 2006. The fallout from all the Bush related crap, in combination with our sad excuse for a Governor, insure that.

5. "Tom's legal situation doesn't seem to be reaching clarity"
That should win the Home on the Nile Award for 2006. Tom's legal situation is reaching clarity, they just can't accept what's coming into focus.

6. Ramstad's such a tool
And yet, when compared to Carpetbagger Kline, Screech Kennedy, and Gil G, he is a real prince.
