Russia cuts gas exports to Europe, again

Kremlin-controlled OAO Gazprom has cut gas supplies to Hungary and Bosnia-Herzegovina to deliver more to domestic Russian users.

Gazprom officials also said Italy and Austria may experience cuts in deliveries as Russian authorities deal with an unusual cold snap, MosNews reported Thursday.

Gazprom is the world's largest natural gas company and supplies one quarter of Europe's gas needs. The company did not say by how much supplies could drop via the Austria-Italy pipeline
