Russian and US special services arrest international child traffickers
01/24/2006 15:40
The services of the agency that was virtually selling children to the USA cost up to $20,000

Russian and US special services have conducted a special operation in Moscow to arrest members of an international criminal group that was dealing with the trafficking of children. The operation was completed successfully. "The group was conducting illegal activities for several years under the guise of various public services," Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia, Sergei Fridinsky said Tuesday.

According to the official, several Russian and American citizens set up a firm which they named as Yunona. The company was registered in California. The firm was collecting confidential information about children in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Guatemala and several other countries. The criminals were selling the collected information to adoption agencies. "It has been proved as a result of investigation that the organization was involved in the adoption of Aleksei Geiko who subsequently died in the USA in 2005," Sergei Fridinsky told reporters.

The illegal company had a network of agents in various countries of the world. The agents were digging for information in children's homes and other social institutions with the help of bribes. The services of the child-trafficking agency cost from $10,000 to $20,000 for each client. Many of those US-based families that paid the agency for the services have never been able to adopt children from foreign countries.

1. I'm confused.
What did they do?

It says they collected information and sold it to adoption agencies?

How is that 'child trafficking'?

3. Lifetime TV has actions to help on the worldwide child sex trade - and
they had a program series with commentary by Johnny Gosche's mother Noreen at the end of one of their programs and a Blog on their site for people to talk about the actions to stop this horrible practice which gains more money than the illegal drug trade. I think the Bush Crime Family is just getting rid of competitors, unforturnately.

Appalling Conspiracy Of Silence Video Online
http://www.media-underground.net
1-9-5 Conspiracy of Silence, a documentary listed for viewing in TV Guide Magazine was to be aired on the Discovery Channel, on May 3, 1994. This documentary exposed a network of religious leaders and Washington politicians who flew children to Washington D.C. for sex orgies.

Many children suffered the indignity of wearing nothing but their underwear and a number displayed on a piece of cardboard hanging from their necks when being auctioned off to foreigners in Las Vegas, Nevada and Toronto, Canada.

At the last minute before airing, unknown congressmen :nuke: threatened the TV Cable industry with restrictive legislation if this documentary was aired. Almost immediately, the rights to the documentary were purchased by unknown persons who had ordered all copies destroyed.

A copy of this videotape was furnished anonymously to former Nebraska state senator and attorney John De Camp who made it available to retired FBI Agent Ted L. Gunderson. While the video quality is not top grade, this tape is a blockbuster in what is revealed by the participants involved.

See for yourself...

Download Video: 41 Megs. This is the full program (sound quality is not at its best. NOTE: The video contains nothing explicit, only interviews. It is a documentary.)

I did see this film... it really shows the child traffing wouldn't be a high priority for this administration. Just like how the foster children in Florida under Jeb are lost and the state can't find thousands of the children ......

10. this reminds me of the drawings etc. depicting the slave trade
with slaves standing on the auction block.

Leave the people who are smoking medical marijuana alone and go after the degenerate sub-humans who would do this to children.

Napa adoption firm closes under fire
By DAVID RYAN, Register Staff Writer
Saturday, January 7, 2006

Napa police were responding to the concerns of just one woman when they raided a Napa-based adoption business last month. But the list of those who say they were bilked by Yunona USA is long and diverse, with several families claiming they were never able to adopt a child and lost more than $10,000 in the effort.

A review of public records, Yunona's business connections and public statements, complaints made to the District Attorney's office, interviews with the FBI and talks with an adoption watchdog agency reveal the organization may have defrauded more than a dozen would-be adoptive parents, as well as broken international laws and admitted to bribing foreign officials as a normal course of business.

Pitfalls for Parents
International adoption has become big business, but regulation still lags
By Kit R. Roane

All Carrie West wanted was a chance to care for an orphaned child. But when she traveled to Vietnam five years ago, she says, she got something else: a quick lesson on the murky world of international adoptions. Here's how she tells the story: Informed by her adoption facilitator that Thuy, the little girl she had planned to adopt, had fallen deathly ill with tuberculosis, she ended up taking a different child. But Thuy's plight stayed with her, and she sought out updates on her condition. Eventually, she learned that the child, far from being ill or convalescing, had been adopted by someone else--long before.

8. From the article above
"It has been proved as a result of investigation that the organization was involved in the adoption of Aleksei Geiko who subsequently died in the USA in 2005," Sergei Fridinsky told reporters.

The Geiko case involved a child adopted and was abused and died by the hand of its US adoption parents... the Russians demanded the police get to the bottom of it...

evidentally this agency was involved...

7. Snuff movies?
While child porn is reprehensible and does exist, I thought it had never been proved that 'commercial' snuff movies had ever been made and it was instead an urban legend.

:wtf:

11. MOST PEOPLE WHO LIKE PORN DO NOT LIKE CHILD PORN
Edited on Wed Jan-25-06 11:08 AM by Commie Pinko Dirtbag
And are as appalled by it as you (and the poster you responded to, who said nothing against porn with consenting ADULTS) are.

Is it that hard to get into your thick skull?

13. More: Why would I challenge Trevelyan's post?
It is about child exploitation exclusively. I agree with him wholeheartedly.

You, on the other hand, seem hell-bent on conflating people who appreciate porn with pedophiles.

I appreciate porn. Am I the equivalent of a pedophile?

14. What are you talking about? This is about the exploitation of children...
Edited on Wed Jan-25-06 11:34 AM by Misunderestimator
...not adult pornography. And why would anyone challenge the post you responded to, since it is in keeping with the OP, which is about the exploitation of children.

So, boiling down your post, you are saying (with "A perve is a perve is a perve") that anyone who has ever enjoyed any kind of pornography is perverted and deep down really wants to see children exploited. Wow... that's quite a reach.
