TAMPA - If Sami Al-Arian receives another trial, prosecutors want to make sure the jury is smart.

After the government's failure to obtain convictions against Al-Arian and three co-defendants, critics theorized that the prosecution had put forth a case that was too long and complicated for jurors to understand

Maybe if they stack the jury with theor own, they get what they want, right?
