Don't want to have your phones tapped, your e-mails monitored, or your Google searches tracked by the National Security Agency?

Sign up for the "no spy list" - a creation of ProgressNow Action, a liberal internet group based in Colorado.

(snip)

Members of ProgressNow Action plan to take the names (or initials if people are paranoid about being identified) and their comments about the spying program to the Senate Judiciary Committee, which will start holding hearings on NSA's activities next week.

To view the "No Spy" videoclip, log onto http://www.progressnowaction.org/page/community/group/ProgressTVVideoBlogs.

To sign up on the "no spy" list, go to http://www.progressnowaction.org/nospy.

3. Ummm.......
Right... I'm gonna tell the NSA "don't you spy on me!"

Sorry, folks, but I can't think of a better way to guarantee that they WILL spy on you than to sign up for this list.

9. They already have enough evidence
on any of us here at DU to know exactly who we are, and how much we protest the current regime. It doesn't matter to me at this point if they decide to spy on me, because if they decide to do that, I've been "tagged" since July/August, 2001. If they want to arrest me, again, I have long been vocal about my opposition to the current bunch of assholes, and therefore I will speak up and out. Like with some other protesters out there, it gets pretty interesting when they are arresting 50ish women and manhandling them as "protesters" or "spies" or whatever they wish to make us out to be.

4. "No Spy List" = "Please Spy On Me List"
Only the bushies could kill this kind of irony dead.

5. It seems like answering a spam "trojan horse".
I mean those "please don't send me more spam" buttons, which just lets them know your email account is active.
