1. What papers are they burning?
Or maybe the embassy wanted to be more like home. No water, no electricity, and the house is damaged.

Small Fire Extinguished at Iraqi Embassy

WASHINGTON — A small fire briefly sent smoke billowing out of the Iraqi Embassy on Saturday before firefighters extinguished the second-floor blaze.

There was no immediate indication the fire was suspicious, Deputy Fire Chief Thomas Herlihy said.

"All fires are investigated, as will be this fire. Obviously, because it's the Iraqi Embassy, we'll make sure all procedures are followed," Herlihy said.

I'd be interested to see the results of this "investigation"

Sumhow "Washington" and "investigations" raise my curiosity

:freak:
