Ten Commandments Judge Thrown Off Bench

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) -- Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore, who became a hero to religious conservatives for refusing to remove his granite Ten Commandments monument from the state courthouse, was thrown off the bench Thursday by a judicial ethics panel for having "placed himself above the law."

7. Alabama ELECTED him chief justice
AFTER his last 10 commandments hoo-ha. and it would likely still elect his sorry ass to high office.
the devil has his ways.
will somebody remind them they are worshiping a god other than God. opposed to their precious 10?

8. he was elected and he'll be elected again
In fact, according to the news reports there's nothing in the Alabama constitution to stop him from running for chief justice again. I think, however, he'll just wait around to run for governor.
