LONDON (Reuters) - Zurich is the city with the highest quality of life in 2006, while Baghdad, for the third year running, has the lowest, a survey published on Monday shows.

Geneva and Vancouver made the top three in the list compiled by human resource company Mercer while Bangui in the Central African Republic and Brazzaville, the capital of Congo Republic, joined Baghdad in the bottom three.

2. It's all because the liberal media
is not reporting the good news from Baghdad. They now have electricity for 2 hours every other Tuesday. They also now have an unlimited supply of sewage water to drink. Funeral homes are doing a thriving business, and the economy is roaring.

8. I was in Vancouver 3 years ago and it was choked with people
I found it uncomfortable. Very crowded. I couldn't see how people could be happy in such an environment.
