Bush tells Israel not to prejudice peace

LONDON (Reuters) - U.S. President George W. Bush has urged Israel to end the "daily humiliation" of Palestinians and not to prejudice final peace talks by erecting "walls and fences".

Bush backs a peace plan that envisages a Palestinian state in the West Bank and Gaza Strip by 2005.

He has in the past objected to a fence that Israel is building through the West Bank to prevent Palestinian militants entering Israeli territory and launching attacks.

"Israel should freeze settlement construction, dismantle unauthorised outposts, end the daily humiliation of the Palestinian people and not prejudice final negotiations with the placement of walls and fences," Bush said on Wednesday in the keynote speech of his three-day state visit to Britain.

2. Bush should really get his 'message' to our UN rep.......
Cause when it comes time to vote in the security council, we are all about the fences and the illegal settlements and the daily humiliation of the Palestinians.......

4. Then why are we doing the same things in Iraq?
It suuuure hasn't solved anything for the IDF by doing it in the West Bank and Gaza--and it won't solve anything for us, either!

6. He is just blowing
steam out of his ass. He said those words simply to gain the trust of the Europeans. However, he is not going to live by them.

8. 'dismantel "outposts"' as opposed to "settlements"
My, my what tough language. Did he repeat his lie that he was the first President to call for a Palestinian state?
