15. Yeah, I don't think My Bitch Mitch is helping him any
I think people started out being mad at Mitch, then it just boiled over from there. He's not winning friends or influencing people!

Let's see....

*Daylight Savings Time fiasco
*Gutting State worker's union
*Republican scandals (smaller than national ones, but still there)

I'm sure there are more I'm forgetting. Add that to the state of the country, and you've got one pissed off red state!

:)

41. Don't say "hated." It's not about hate. People disapprove out of love.
Love for the country, love for the Constitution, hot burning monkey passion for human rights... This is not about hate and I don't even think it's about Bush personally. I'm willing to bet that a hefty dose of those who have switched from the "doing a good job" column over to the "Jeezus, what goatfucker!" column still would enjoy having Dubya over for a barbecue and small talk. They're just coming to realize that he's not up to the job and in fact has pretty wreckless tendencies in running a government.

28. I'm proud of Blue states rejecting him. I'm pleased with Red states, too
But the swing states like Florida and Ohio? Fuck 'em. They had the ability to stop this travesty of a president and only now are getting buyer's remorse. Why couldn't they have woken up in 2004 and break that 55% Diebold threshold? Is 55% (well, maybe 57%) really too much to ask for?

24. As usual with that kind of numbers,
I see a very bad news. That a whole third of America would still approve of the most sordid, stupid, criminal an blind administration in US history is really bad news. Ten % would be acceptable. Not over a third. Sorry not to join in the elation here.

Twelve electoral votes.

I find it funny that the Mormons are strongly behind King Chimp, particularly when his religious sect teaches that Mormonism is a cult and all are going to Hell.

Out of all ethnicities polled they were his strongest supporters in the state. He lost 50% in 4 months, that's huge, and measured before his speech tonight.
