( Steve)Largent's son indicted on sex charges
This was in the Tulsa World this morning, but was not available online ( and the World is subscribers only anyway) For those who don't know, Largent came to be known to the GOP moneybags because he wrote scathing letters to the editor about moral issues.

Largent's son indicted on sex charges

DOVER, Del. (AP) -- The youngest son of NFL great and former Oklahoma congressman Steve Largent has been indicted by a Delaware grand jury on charges of soliciting an underage girl for sex, according to court records.

Kramer Largent, 20, of Tulsa, Okla., was indicted July 3 by a Kent County grand jury on four felony counts of sexual solicitation of a child under 16. The indictment said the alleged solicitation occurred between Sept. 18 and Oct. 2, 2005. Other details weren't available.

Officials have issued a warrant for Largent, who is expected to travel to Delaware within the next two weeks to answer the charges.

"He's going to turn himself in voluntarily," deputy attorney general Robert O'Neill Jr. said. "He's been cooperative."

Efforts to reach the Largent family for comment weren't immediately successful Friday.

1. Wasn't Largent accused of seducing a babysitter in the hottub?
And this was after refusing to meet President Clinton because Clinton was an immoral man what with the Monica thing and all.

10. Notice they don't put an (R) after his name
If Largent was a Democrat, I bet you the word "Democrat" would precede his name in the headline.

They always do this shit. For months you wouldn't know if Cunningham was a Republican or a Democrat, but as soon as a Democrat gets mixed in a minor scandal, they make sure they spread far and wide the (D) after his name.

It never fails.

17. Another kinky republicon sex scandal? Ho Hum
They are so common.

And the corporate suckup media will pay scant attention, as usual.

Why are all the repulicons so publically AGHAST at the very thought of healthy adult sexual behavior, yet so freaking kinky and wierd in private?

I'd say the cons have a Massive Sexual Dysfunction

19. Ahhh Steven Largent
Gotta love those Republican Christian family values at work. What a fine parent he must have been. I still get giddy thinking about how a little known Democratic state Senator upset him in the 2002 election here for governor. That same little known Senator, now governor, is going to put serial douchebag Ernest Istook out of politics for good come November.
