Hearing resumes today in phone-jamming case
MANCHESTER, N.H. — Lawyers for the Democratic and Republicans parties on Thursday argued in court over when state Democrats should have filed their civil suit over the jamming of the party's phones on Election Day 2002. Lawyers for the Republicans say the three-year statute of limitations had expired when state Democrats filed their complaint in late January.

State Democratic Party Chairwoman Kathy Sullivan testified Thursday in Hillsborough County Superior Court that the Democrats did not know whom to sue until long after the actual phone-jamming, when information from a federal investigation became public.

The hearing resumes today.

1. A crack in the wall
of the conspiracy of silence.

The GOP hoped that the Statute of limitations would kick-in before they were exposed. Unfortunately for them, the Internet was their downfall. What bothers me is that many crimes they have perpetrated will go unpunished due to the sheer volume of cases.
