AP: Classified Bills a Refuge for Mischief (Cunningham)
Classified Bills a Refuge for Mischief

By KATHERINE SHRADER
The Associated Press
Sunday, July 23, 2006; 5:19 AM

WASHINGTON -- Convicted congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham, a new
study says, took advantage of secrecy and badgered congressional aides
to help slip items into classified bills that would benefit him and his
associates.

That finding comes from Michael Stern, an outside investigator hired by the
House Intelligence Committee to look into how Cunningham carried out his
scheme. Stern is working with the committee to fix vulnerabilities in the way
top-secret legislation is written, said congressional officials who spoke
on condition of anonymity because the committee still is being briefed
on Stern's findings.

Cunningham's case puts a stark spotlight on the oversight of classified _ or
"black" _ budgets. Unlike legislation dealing with social and economic issues,
intelligence bills and parts of defense bills are written in private, in the name
of national security.
<snip>
As a final step, Stern wants to interview Cunningham in prison to find out more
about how he influenced the system. The Justice Department is resisting because
of other potential prosecutions pending in the case.

8. This is one UFO that will vanish before you can say boo...
the untold billions if not trillions poured in the the black ops budget have never ever been reported to congress, ever.

As part of the pentagons powers, they don't have to report on where this money goes under the guise of national security.

Digging into this stuff will make a few things happen, none of which are positive. 1) you will see senators careers suddenly cut short 2) people will go missing 3) people (senators and house members) will suddenly go quiet and have that look of fear in their eyes.

This is the stuff that murder mystery espionage stuff is made of. This is like ratting out the mafia, you are either dead, close to dead or disappeared.

If someone actually cracks this egg and gets someone to squeal, it would be the best thing for this country. this nations closet of skeletons needs to be opened up before the public and the world. This nations soul is becoming very very polluted.
