http://www.middle-east-online.com/english/?id=17230

Three US soldiers killed in western Iraq, two missing crew of crashed US chopper found dead.

BAGHDAD - Three US soldiers were killed in action Wednesday in Iraq's restive western province of Anbar, the US military said.

"Three soldiers assigned to 1st Brigade, 1st Armored Division died from enemy action while operating in Al-Anbar province today," a statement said.

Al-Anbar has been the scene of the fiercest anti-coalition insurgency.

The bodies of the two missing servicemen from a US Blackhawk helicopter that crashed in a waterway in western Iraq have been recovered, the military said Thursday.

The helicopter crashed Tuesday in Al-Anbar province after experiencing technical problems.

1. "technical problems"
is that what they are calling it nowadays when your chopper is hit repeatedly by small arms fire from the ground?

2. Sad. Sad. Sad.
Getting closer and closer to 3,000 dead in this ridiculous war and for what? This makes absolutely no sense.

11. Oh yeah... that war...
damn it.

5 more of our soldiers die and what is the headlines in the MSM? foiled plots. Who honestly among us knows for sure that the plots were even real? like the whole florida bs that went down a few weeks ago.

I do know one thing that is real or should that be 5 things, 5 families will be getting horrible grief filled letters informing them of their loss.

Think for a moment of that one person that is so close to you, that means the world to you, then think what your life would be like if suddenly they were taken away from you in the most horrible of manners?

This war has to stop.

My heart goes out to their families.
