Several injured in explosion in Turkey
Several people were injured in an explosion on Monday in Izmir, Turkey's third largest city, police told Reuters.

No further details were immediately available.

The blast comes a day after the separatist Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), which has fought a violent campaign for a Kurdish homeland since 1984, began a unilateral ceasefire.
