Remains identified of Sept. 11 flight victims


NEW YORK, Nov 2 (Reuters) - Remains of a flight attendant and passenger on the first plane to hit the World Trade Center on Sept. 11 have been identified in New York, as families of attack victims prepare to rally for a new Ground Zero search.

The New York medical examiner's office said in a statement that it had now identified remains of Karen Ann Martin, the 40-year-old head flight attendant on American Airlines Flight 11, which slammed into the trade center's north tower. Remains of Douglas Joel Stone, 54, who was a passenger on the same flight as Martin, were also identified.

Some families of the 2,749 people killed in the Twin Towers attack will gather at Ground Zero later on Thursday to demand a comprehensive search by forensic experts after the discovery of bones by workers clearing rubble from manholes two weeks ago.

Since then more than 200 body parts, ranging from 1 inch (2.5 cm) to 12 inches (30 cm) in length, have been found.

Tell me how these body parts

- survived the flames on the 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83rd floors
- fell to the street, uncovered a 2inch thick manhole cover and jumped in
- stayed protected and undisturbed inside a manhole for 5 yrs?

These were not found under manhole covers, which were already gone. They were found in manholes that were filled with debris after the attack, not from stuff that fell into the manholes. The manholes were paved over the day after the attack in order to move cranes in to clear it, and have been covered by asphalt from that time until Con-Ed uncovered them and found the remains. The crew that found the remains dug up the asphalt and hauled dirt and debris out of the hole at the same time. The remains were found in the dirt and in electrical junction boxes under the dirt.

By your scenario, either the government 1) had to plant these the day of the attack, or 2) had to pull up the asphalt, pull out the dirt, stick these remains in under the dirt and mix them in with the dirt, then cover the whole thing over again with asphalt to let Con-Ed discover them when they dug up the road.

3. How can we believe anything they say about 9/11 any more?

They've lied so much already.

How do we know these are flight victims? Because they tell us they are?

Very puzzling indeed, a CT would be suspicious but me, being secure in the knowledge that 9/11 was completely as our Government has said it was knows this is just as they tell us. They will provide a "plausible" explanation someday, I am sure.
