Bush says Dems soft on terrorists
Associated Press

BILLINGS, Mont. - President Bush, campaigning in a Republican stronghold for an endangered GOP senator, tried to rally his supporters Thursday by portraying Democrats as soft on terrorists and opposed to conservative judges.

...

"When it comes to listening to the terrorists, what's the Democrat's answer? Just say no,'" Bush said, urging the audience to play along.

"When it comes to detaining terrorists, what's the Democrats' answer?"

"Just say no!" the audience retorted.

"So when the Democrats ask for your vote on Nov. 7, what's your answer?" Bush asked.

"Just say no!" the crowd screamed.

4. I pity their ignorance.
Probably preaching to the choir here, but Dems are 100% in favor of "listening to terrorists"... with WARRANTS!

Of detaining terrorists... WITH DUE PROCESS.

When it comes to following the constitution, what's the republican answer? Just say no!

8. It's so scary that people buy this...
If republicans pushed a bill that allowed the eating of babies and the dems opposed it, they'd campaign on "Democrats oppose eating! They want you dead!"

20. He's campaigning for Burns, the one who insulted the firefighters.
Way to go, bush, go out there and support someone who insulted some of the finest American citizens to walk this earth, people who put their lives on the line to save our lives and property.

http://www.billingsgazette.net/articles/2006/07/28/news/state/20-burns.txt

"HELENA - U.S. Sen. Conrad Burns pointed across the Billings airport Sunday and accused a member of an elite firefighting team of not doing "a God damned thing" and charged that crew members just "sit around" on the job, the original version of a state report said."

15. "I feel like that the politics has gotten ugly"
On Tuesday, in an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity, President Bush said the worst thing about being President was the “tone” in Washington, saying that it “has gotten ugly.” Bush said that he had stayed above the fray, noting “I really don’t think it’s fitting for the president to drag the presidency into that kind of a mudslinging.” Watch it:

The day before, President Bush was on the campaign trail in Georgia. His message: his opponents want America to lose and the terrorist to win. Watch it:

19. Judas goat
A Judas goat is a trained goat used at a slaughterhouse and in general animal herding. The Judas goat is trained to associate with sheep or cattle, leading them to a specific destination. In stockyards, a Judas goat will lead sheep to slaughter, while its own life is spared.

Sorry to get all biblical, but this is the first thing that popped into my head.

BUT there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2 Peter 2:1

And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. 2 Peter 2:2

And through covetousness shall they with feigned (molded plastic) words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. 2 Peter 2:3

And, these Republican strongholds, as they are called, deserve their poor economy, massive deficits, and shrinking middle class, if they are stupid enough to vote Republican again.

who slashed taxes when we desperately needed money to fight terrorists after 9/11?

ohhh, but we're just tax and spend liberals! and taxes have nothing to do with fighting wars or providing our troops with the weapons they need to survive. :eyes:
