Lawyers work to stop Saddam's execution
Saddam Hussein will be executed no later than Saturday, said an Iraqi judge authorized to attend his hanging. American and Iraqi officials met to set the hour of his death. Lawyers for Saddam Hussein asked a U.S. judge to block his transfer to the custody of Iraqi officials poised to carry out his execution.

1. Unfortunately, they'll fail -
Shrub and his cronies/partners in crime will see to that. Saddam is, evidently, resigned to his fate; however, the fate of thousands of Iraqis and an untold number of our troops are left to theirs by this inhumane MisAdministration. Fuckers.

2. These ARE Lawyers. Are they REALLY working to fight the execution?
Or are they going for every last Euro they can squeeze out of the system?
