NEW YORK, Dec 30 (Bernama) -- A U.S. company specialising in talent acquisition and retention solutions, announced on December 27 that it had opened an office in Malaysia.
Kenexa (r), which is headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania, said that after "careful consideration" of a number of factors, it had decided to open the Malaysia office which will provide further development for Kenexa's products and services.
Kenexa sources said that Malaysia was selected because of its "proximity, infrastructure and qualified workforce".
"Over the last decade, Malaysia has emerged as one of the top outsourcing destinations in the world. By establishing a Multimedia Super Corridor, or MSC, the country has provided global technology companies such as Kenexa, with the legislative framework and world-class infrastructure needed to expand business into this region," said David Wei, director of Kenexa Malaysia.
"The MSC provides cost savings through import tax exemption, and takes swift action to protect intellectual property."
Kenexa Corporation provides outsourcing, employee research and software to help organisations more effectively recruit and retain a productive workforce.
