Hmm... Makes you wonder if Gonzo hired someone SPECIFICALLY to be inept to let this guy off the hook. It would be interesting to follow his money trail. Though they MAY eventually get him to pay back his bill in civil court, it looks like this guy is now off the hook in terms of jail time for tax evasion. CORPORATE SLIME!

1. Not really, 9 years was part of the plea agreement.

On September 8, 2006 Mr. Anderson, in a plea agreement, plead guilty to three felony counts (two counts of evading taxes and one count of fraud) and was sentenced to 9 years in prison and over $25 million restitution on March 27th.
