Nightclubs across Britain were warned they could be terrorist targets just days before yesterday’s attempted double car-bomb attack in London, The Times has learnt.

They didn't tell the public about this one but others have been conveniently broadcast when one regime or another needs diversion.
I would like to know their criteria for when and when not to alert the public.
