Syria hosts Iraq security meeting, U.S. to attend
07 Aug 2007 14:43:08 GMT

By Khaled Yacoub Oweis

DAMASCUS, Aug 7 (Reuters) - Syria will host an international
security meeting on Iraq on Wednesday although the United

official said.

"Washington is making a gesture towards Syria by attending
