The Chaser recycle stunt with cardboard

SERIAL pranksters The Chaser have taunted police again by parading a cardboard motorcade just metres from the site of their first security breach.

Three members of the ABC comedy team marched a black cardboard motorcade with Canadian flags down Bligh Street in the city, just a block away from where police infamously waved through their first motorcade to the Intercontinental Hotel.

Craig Reucassel, Chris Taylor and Dominic Knight were stopped and questioned by police at around 5pm, however they were later released without charge.

The trio were not in a restricted area as they were in the previous day's stunt but were in the highly policed "declared zone" just a few metres from the restricted area and in clear view of dozens of officers.

Their defiant stance has infuriated police who have been embarrassed by the security breach which has made worldwide news.
