September War Protests Won’t Include Many Democratic Lawmakers

Democratic leaders once envisioned a summerlong cavalcade of anti-war protests to help make their case for a quick drawdown of troops in Iraq.

But Democrats in both chambers are passing up opportunities to participate in a monthlong series of demonstrations, dubbed “Big September” by liberal groups such as Code Pink and Iraq Veterans Against the War.

Why? Because some protests are aimed as much at Democrats as President Bush and Republicans.

A protest scheduled for Sept. 15, for example, will feature a march on Congress as well as the White House to make the point that Democratic leaders haven’t done enough to reverse course on the war........

4. DLC Democrats like Rahm Emanuuell don't want the War to End
They want never ending War and Ethnic elimination of those Pesky Islamics

They also want to eliminate Iran and kill all the people there
