BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- The Iraqi investigation into last month's Blackwater USA shooting is complete, and it proves that the private contractors committed unprovoked and random killings in the incident, an adviser to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said Tuesday.

Adviser Sami al-Askari told CNN al-Maliki has asked the U.S. State Department to "pull Blackwater out of Iraq."

Al-Askari said the United States is still waiting for the findings of the American investigation, but the Iraqi leader and most Iraqi officials are "completely satisfied" with the findings of their probe and are "insisting" that Blackwater leave the country.

Blackwater CEO and founder Erik Prince has said the team was attacked and was defending itself at an intersection not far from the heavily guarded Green Zone on September 16. Seventeen Iraqis were killed, including women and children, and 27 were wounded, according to Iraqi officials.

1. And this organization came out of the religious right?
Christianity has been warped beyond recognition by the right in this country. Evil is good, wrong is right, greed is godly...anti-christianity. Now will Mr prince be charged with war crimes??

3. And when the State Department tells the Iraqi gov't to F Off?
Does al-Maliki unleash the hounds or does he bend over and say "thank you sir, may I have another"?

It'll be interesting to watch this over the next few days.

6. And get ready for the bailout
Your correct, this is murder.
these guys should be prosecuted and jailed.
Afterwards there should be a civil suit to sue them into non-existance.
The thing is though, if they were sued out of business
they would probably ask for, and be granted some kind of government
bail out. All at bend over joes tax payer expense.
Gotta love this country.

15. blackwater head says blackwater not responsible or liable; the state dept. is:
I watched Charlie Rose's interview with Erik Prince. Rose asked him if he would take responsibility if his people were found to be guilty. Prince said: we just trained them, vetted them, and sent them over there. We don't have operational control of the situation. Operational control was provided by the state dept...... The tactics and rules of engagement are dictated by the state dept.

(Those were exact quotes, but there was more; that's just what I wrote down.)

7. Iraqi adviser: Blackwater shooting unprovoked, guards must go
Source: CNN.com

BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki asked the U.S. State Department to "pull Blackwater out of Iraq," after an Iraqi probe concluded that the private contractors committed unprovoked and random killings in a September 16 shooting, an adviser to al-Maliki told CNN.

Al-Askari said the United States is still waiting for the findings of the American investigation, but al-Maliki and most Iraqi officials are "completely satisfied" with the findings of their probe and are "insisting" that Blackwater leave the country.

U.S. Embassy spokeswoman Mirembe Natango told CNN by telephone that the Iraqi-U.S. joint commission met and is proceeding with its work on the matter.

"We need to let the joint commission do its work," she said, adding that once the joint commission has finished, it will make policy recommendations.

11. Those silly Iraqis still believe that sovereign piece of Condosleeza shit toilet paper....
that says "let freedumb rain sovereign iraqis" means they're in charge of something.

They don't control shit. They're still following orders leftover from that asshole viceroy paul bummer.

They can't even hold any killer mercs accountable for anything. This is truly fucking sad.

Good FN luck at that.

"insisting" that Blackwater leave the country.

Adviser Sami al-Askari told CNN al-Maliki has asked the U.S. State Department to "pull Blackwater out of Iraq."

Maybe if they 'insist' hard enough they will magically disappear.
