NIIT, China govt enter deal to set up IT training centres

MUMBAI: NIIT has entered into an agreement with Wuxi Proviricia Goternrnent, China to set up IT training centres and offer training programs in the Chinese province, Wuxi.

As part of the agreement, NIIT wil1 work closely with the Wuxi Provincial Government, to develop human, capital for the emerging IT industry in the region.

“Wuxi Municipal Government is committed to develop Wuxi as the leading outsourcing centre in China. We are delighted to find a partner like NIIT to support us in the mission. NIIT’s long presence in China and their pioneering experience in India will help us in developing a large pool of IT human resources in Wuxi,” said Yang Weize, Party General Secretary, Wuxi, China.

NIIT, a leading global talent development corporation and Asia’s largest trainer, also signed a signed an understanding with Wuxi New District in Mumbai recent]y, with similar objectives for the district.
