Indictment: Ohio man threatens to blow up Supreme Court building
Source: Dayton Daily News

COLUMBUS, Ohio — An Ohio man has been indicted on charges that he threatened to blow up the U.S. Supreme Court building and attack an associate justice on the court, according to an indictment filed in federal court in Cleveland on Wednesday.

David Tuason, 46, of Pepper Pike, targeted black men known to affiliate with white women, white women who had relationships with black men, and children of mixed-race parents, federal authorities said. Approximately 200 threats, in letters and e-mails, were sent out over the course of 20 years, said acting U.S. Attorney William J. Edwards.

...

The threats he's accused of are mostly alike, promising physical violence against black males associated with white women.

"Any blackie with a white girl is disgusting...Blacks should be shipped back to Africa," Tuason wrote, according to the indictment.

13. Its probably Leximon
I do find it curious that male is always dark and the female always pale. I would have less of a problem with it if this were more balanced. Moreover, no one has ever explained, with any coherency, this discrepency. Movies, for example, almost ALWAYS show the male with a dark complexion (even if he's white) and the female with a pale one. Anyone with a sixth-grade knowledge of genetics can extend the implications out a century or so...

Reasoning: This leaves too many single black women without husbands. It also leaves too few white women, encouraging homosexuality among white males.

Obviously the idea of white men being with women of any other ethnic background is not an option, so straight men will turn to homosexuality?

6. Yes, if he is identified as 'CT'
Supreme Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg confirmed that Justice Clarence Thomas was threatened in the case but declined further comment.

According to the indictment, Tuason sent a letter to the Supreme Court building in July 2003 addressed to an associate justice of the court referred to as "CT."

In the letter, which contained several racially charged remarks, he threatened to blow up the building, and claimed "CT" would be "castrated, shot or set on fire ... I want him killed," says the indictment filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

9. Racist Threatens to Blow up US Supreme Court Building
Racist Threatens to Blow up US Supreme Court Building

An Ohio man was arrested on charges that he threatened to blow up the U.S. Supreme Court and attack black men, including a justice on the court, Clarence Thomas, according to an indictment filed in federal court in Cleveland on Wednesday, the Associated Press reports.

It appears that David Tuason, 46, targeted “African-American males known to affiliate with white females,” according to the Justice Department. U.S. Attorney William Edwards claimed that Tuason of Pepper Pike, Ohio, was accused of sending 200 threats by mail letters and e-mails over the past 20 years. “As far as we know, it's a one-man operation,” he declared for the AP.

Edwards mentioned that a former Cleveland Cavaliers player and his close relatives were among those threatened. He declined to name the player. A well-known black singer who performed at Cleveland's Severance Hall was also cited as being among the threatened men. However, FBI spokesman Scott Wilson did not name those targeted, citing privacy issues. It seems that the threats started in Cleveland and branched out across the nation.

The indictment shows that Tuason sent a letter to the Supreme Court building in July 2003 in which he threatened to blow it up. The letter was addresses to an associate justice of the court referred to as “CT.” Supreme Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg confirmed that the threat was made against Clarence Thomas. David Tuason wrote “CT” would be “castrated, shot or set on fire...I want him killed.” He also made several racially charged remarks.

10. Authorities have long searched for writer of threatening letters
Authorities have long searched for writer of threatening letters
April 10, 2008 14:22 EDT

CLEVELAND (AP) -- Authorities say they looked for years for the source of letters threatening to blow up the U.S. Supreme Court and attack black men before charging a suburban Cleveland man.

The FBI said Thursday that the letters dating to the late 1980s seemed to stop in the early 1990s but started again later that decade. Cleveland FBI agent Scott Wilson says agents never stopped looking for the writer.

On Wednesday, the federal government charged 46-year-old David Tuason in the case. Authorities say he targeted black men known to affiliate with white women and mixed-race children.

Authorities say Tuason, who is being held in an undisclosed location, is unemployed and lives in Pepper Pike with his parents. No one answered the phone or the door at the home Thursday.

A 46 yo. crackpot that still lives with his parents, that's been writing nasty letters for 29 years and has, apparently, never acted on any of them. Boy, I feel safer already.
