Source: Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

April 22, 2008 Breaking News:

A five-member panel has concluded unanimously that Mylan Inc. executive Heather Bresch, daughter of West Virginia Gov. 8. Those weren't worth the sheepskin they were printed on...
They were the equivalent of a "Get Out of Jail Free" card in Monopoly.

10. That's because we now have selective "outing of sins." If you're a Dem. your sins will be outed.
They're all "sinning" to one degree or another but who's going to get caught and investigated? Ask the governors of NY and AL.

6. The new American form of aristocracy degrees granted by birthright
...the same bullshit nepotism societies have given to the privileged classes for centuries.

America once once rejected such notions, but money buys everything the rich wish including keeping the poor and underprivileged in their respective places.

Marxism revisited!

13. I Agree
It's crazy, the rationalizations that get trotted out to allow the accumulation of wealth within favored families and classes.

14. Republican guru Leo Strauss thought a ruling elite was the proper
form of government. He felt that average man was not smart or moral enough to run their own affairs.

12. Info About Heather Bresch From Forbes
Ms. Bresch has served as Mylan's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since October 2007, before which she was Head of North American Operations since January 2007. She previously served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Corporate Development, beginning in February 2006. Ms. Bresch joined Mylan in 1992, and has held a number of management positions, including Vice President, Strategic Corporate Development from May 2005 to February 2006, Vice President of Public and Government Relations from February 2004 to April 2005, Director of Government Relations from March 2002 to February 2004, and Director of Business Development from January 2001 to March 2002.

Fact: she's been with the company since 1992, has steadily worked her way up the ladder ever since.
Worst case scenario speculation: she may have been "kicked upstairs where she can do less damage."

Fact: Sometime last fall, when she became COO, it became important that she have record of a bona fide MBA.
Speculation: She may or may not have misled Mylan to believe she had previously earned it.

Personally, you know what I think? If she didn't lie on her resumé, WV should have awarded her an honorary MBA the day she got that big office. People get honorary degrees - people get PhDs all the damn time, for their life's experience outside of the classroom.
