RNC Calls (Rev.) Wright Ad 'Not Appropriate'
Source: MSNBC

Update to NC Gop anti-Obama ad that references the Rev. Jeremiah Wright...

Per the RNC, the national leadership of the Republican Party has been in contact this morning with the North Carolina GOP, urging them to refrain from running the "Extreme" ad. The party says that the content of the anti-Obama ad, which references the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, is "not appropriate" and "unhelpful."

The NC GOP is an independent organization not bound to the recommendations of the national party. A spokesman from the NC party declined to comment on any conversations between the RNC and the North Carolina team.

3. So they'll run it anyway and the national RNC gets to distance itself from it.
I can hear the media bobbleheads now: "Well, it's a very shocking and negative ad, but you can't blame the Republican Party for it because they urged them to refrain from running it!"

14. Yup
It would have gotten little attention before. Now, it will be played over and over to a national audience.

Mission accomplished.

5. While the Democrats stand silent and let Clinton smear Obama, the RNC
sticks up for the black candidate. The Clintons are going to destroy this party even more than they did in the 90s. Without massive black voter turnout the Democrats can kiss goodbye many senate and congressional seats.

People are smart enough to see that the arguments made by the Clintonites are stupid and illogical YET the Democratic superdelegates sit on the sidelines.

9. So in your opinion only those Democrats that back Obama are intelligent?
It is people like you that are harming the Party. Get a grip.....Don't let your hate for all that oppose your opinions run rampant...Both candidates are excellent candidates and either would be a very welcome relief for America.

6. RNC to NC GOP.... "That was meant for HILLARY to use...not you guys!"
The GOP doesn't want to be seen attacking directly with this stuff, they want Hillary to win AND for the rest of the democrats to BLAME her for the dirty campaign... it's the only way for them to win in November... and, of course, Hillary has been their willing tool in this strategy.
