Ashcroft: War Justified Even Without WMD

VIENNA, Austria -- Saddam Hussein's past use of "evil chemistry" and "evil biology" and the threats they posed justified the war in Iraq even if no weapons of mass destruction are ever found, U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft said Monday.

Ashcroft, in Vienna for talks with top Austrian officials on measures to fight terrorism and drug trafficking and improve air travel security, told reporters that Saddam's arsenal remained a menace and was sufficient cause to overthrow his regime.

Evil biology? Evil Chemistry? Since many of these agents were developed by the US, are we an evil nation? What about it, John?

Ashcroft will herniate himself trying to spin the Kay WMD declaration.
This is not a fluffy little story, John. It is a big assed rock, rolling downhill from a very high place.

It is rapidly becoming the third rail of international diplomacy, you dipsh*ts. 2004 is the year the United States will be shoved aside by a Europe looking for markets that don't abuse them politically.
Why? Becuase the weak dollar does not help Europe, and neither does our military, our foreign policy, our energy policy (which are the same thing, really) or our agricultural policy, which is producing foodstuffs the Canadian and British soldiers will not eat, but are still fed to American troops.
