EU's Mind "Made Up" On Microsoft

Microsoft could soon be facing multi-billion euro fines and other sanctions for breaking European competition law. The European Commission has finished drafting its decision in the case it brought against the software giant.

The Commission is likely to decide that the firm illegally tied audio and video software, as well as server systems, to its Windows operating system.

If my plans work out, I'll soon be launching nearly 2,000 new web pages, most of which will probably include links to DU. I'm still wrestling with some technical details, but things have been falling in place. I've actually been working on this project for more than a year, so unveiling it will be exciting indeed.

6. Formal Protest

moof wishes to lodge a complaint in the strongest possible terms condemning the total disregard of jailforbush in the use of the acronym " SOB " as the selection of adjective to describe the enity known as the robber of redmond or billie bob. It was with great dismay and no small amount of disappointment that moof observed jailforbush's slur against all decent " SOB "s by the competely unfair lumping of them with the likes of a felon and unindicted perjurer such as dwells
the halls of tinyflacid striking fear & awe into all those that work for him and who think he could do any of their jobs better than they can, when in fact it is he who is incapable of doing almost any of their jobs and any of them could do his job better than he does.

8. nice to see they still believe in competition in the EU

here is the US, companies like MS and Wal-Mart, et. al. have made competition and innovation difficult, at best, if not impossible.
