Second Man Climbing the New York Times Building

NEW YORK (AP) -- UPDATE (6:17p) Another man is attempting to climb the side of the New York Times building. As we watch the monitors he is more than halfway up the side of the building. He is climbing up the side at 41st St. and 8th Ave.

The climber is wearing orange pants and a white shirt; not known yet if he is climbing for the same cause as Alain Robert did.

During his ascent, Alain Robert unfurled a banner about global warming. Construction workers cheered.

5. Whoa!!!

I read this and turned on NY1...saw him just free-climbing up the building's exoskeleton...scary! Then a balcony fulla police...camera pulls back toreveal it's the TOP of the Times building! He was 'helped' over the rail---poor guy, looked tired!---and taken away.
