OH attorney Cliff Arnebeck sent an email to AG Mukasey today asking for protection of the GOP's "high IQ Forrest Gump", following reports of threats sent to Mike Connell and his wife if he was unwilling to "take the fall" for fraud in the Buckeye State's '04 election. The reports of a threat from Rove, said to have come from 'credible sources,' comes on the heels of Arnebeck's announcement last week that he's filed a motion to lift the stay on a long-standing 2004 federal election lawsuit based on the discovery of new information.
