Yesterday in Iraq at least 73 people were killed and 200 wounded ......
Now will the MSM push these strories as much as they pushed "the surge worked" story?

The same people behind "the surge has worked" meme are the same people
who lied to get us into this mess and or the media that failed to do it's job prior
to the Iraqi war. Iraq still is one of the deadlest places in the world, we are paying people
not to shoot us, Iran is helping to suppress the Shi violence knowing that it's influence will
increase after we get out, and our troops are still targets in an illegal occupation of a
country that was no threat to us.

7. A helpful tip on how to read the news . . .
Prior to our invasion, Iraq had about 30 million people. The current population of the United States is about 300 million. So, whenever you see a casualty number out of Iraq, and you're inclined to imagine what the reaction would be if the same thing happened here, just put a zero on the end of the casualty figure.

So, taking the 72 dead from three incidents over the weekend, call it 720. Would the popular media in our country get jazzed at all if three attacks over the course of a weekend killed 720 people and injured another 2,000? Think, think.

8. So much for Al Queda moving to Afghanistan.
Morans. I KNEW as soon as they started strutting around like the roosters they think they are, bragging about how things are under control, something EXACTLY like this would happen.

It was inevitable. They just didn't want to see it.

How will YOU solve it, McSame? You SAID you know how to win wars, after all!
